I feel lucky to work for a company that provides a free coaching service to parents returning to work. For people who enroll in the program, they have the opportunity to work with a life coach who can help provide guidance on finding the balance between work-life and home-life.
I found out about this program a few months ago and immediately enrolled.
I wrote this for Mamas at Work after a coaching session from the Life Coach my company has hired to help new parents transition from maternity/paternity leave back to work. I started late, but my first session was very helpful, and I'm getting some great perspective from her. Did you have any particular perspective shifts that helped you with a major life transition?
